Introducing the Opuntia Grand Mesa Peach, which is a winter hardy cactus that belongs to the Opuntia genus. This flowering cactus got its name because of its peach-colored pads that have a beautiful peachy hue. It is the stunning hybrid variety of Opuntia rhodantha, which is why sometimes called Opuntia rhodantha ‘Grand mesa peach’.

Native to North America, this Opuntia prickly pear cactus can reach a mature height of about 12 inches tall and 36 inches wide. This low-growing cactus is known for its distinctive paddle-shaped pads, which are covered in spines.

When it comes to flowering, the Opuntia grand mesa peach cactus pads are adorned with double flowers in June, which open in a bubblegum-pink peach color throughout the season.

The flowers are quite eye-catching and add a lovely touch to the cactus.

As for
care, this cold-hardy cactus prefers bright sunlight, so it's best to place it in a spot where it can get plenty of direct sunlight.

It thrives in well-draining soil, preferably sandy or gravelly soil.

It's important to avoid overwatering this cactus, as it's adapted to dry conditions. As for temperature, it can tolerate a wide range of temperatures, from hot summers to colder winters.

However, if you're growing it indoors, it's best to keep it in a room with temperatures between 45°F and 85°F. For outdoor cultivation, this hardy cactus is well-suited outdoors in USDA zone 5-11.

Propagation of the Opuntia Grand Mesa Peach can be done through stem cuttings. Simply take a pad from the cactus and let it dry for a few days before planting it in well-draining soil.

Overall, with proper care and attention, this hardy cactus can thrive and add a touch of desert beauty to your space. Don't miss out on this opportunity to add something truly exceptional to your garden. Order your very own Opuntia grand mesa peach today!

Picky dog approved!
Color: S6-muti-color, Color: S6-muti-color
I have wasted so much money on dog balls that they won't even pick up! They finally were obsessed with the Kong rubber green/blue or red/blue ones, but they're $3+. each, and they break from the dogs squishing it. I honestly had zero expectations on these, and they BOTH picked them up on the first throw! That's huge!! Seem to work fine in the ChuckIt. As for the squeaker, at first I was like "Oh nooooo." when they both loudly started! Much to my (and my neighbors') happiness, the squeakers stopped working after a couple minutes. 🤣

Durable
Color: S6-muti-color
The balls are great for chewers. The squeaky didn’t last long but they are perfect for the ball launcher.

The squeeker isn't durable, but the balls themselves are.
Color: S6-muti-color, Color: S6-muti-color
I have two 70+lb, ball obsessed dogs (a field bred Golden Retriever, and an Old Time Scotch Collie), and these balls are living up to the abuse they're receiving. In the fall we always lose a ball or two in the yard due to getting lost in leaves or longer grass, so I always try and buy a multi pack at the start of the season, so went with these this year. I'm glad I did. Great price for a 6 pack, they fit the medium Chuck-It launcher (a little loosely, but they throw just fine), have great bounce, they FLOAT (which means I didn't lose any at the beach), and they're super durable to the dreaded "mouth squish." The squeaker dies pretty quick, like, within a day, but it isn't the kind that can fall out or choke your dog, so no worries there. The boys are happy, I'm happy, my wallet is happy - I've already ordered another pack.
